A quick run through the loop in an intermittent downpour, proved uneventful. I saw a WSW on 3 giving me the eye, but I was only window shopping.
After that it was a deluge, this was about 3PM.
No LEO to speak of.

I haven't posted in quite some time (almost a year) but I've definitely been around. After driving the loop yesterday, I wanted to at least post some of the things I've seen.
Short story: I too noticed the large purse thing emerging. I've also noted 3 WSW's speaking with LE.
Details: As was mentioned below by someone else, I noted 3 WSW's carrying purses. No biggie to me. If they give the look, I don't mind the purse. Yet, yesterday AM while out on 3, I noted a WSW speaking with LE. I've seen this before when the LE is checking on what the SW is doing, etc. This conversation looked a bit different. I tried to take a few pics, at my own risk, as you don't want to drive in that circle too many times.
She was WSW, brunette, should length hair but up in holder, Black / Green stripped shirt, jean jacket, sunglasses, large purse, flip-flops and was very very pale. Could be anyone I know but at least wanted to provide what description I had.
Hours later, drove loop again. While out this time, PM, noticed two other WSW speaking to another LE. One of which I've seen on county boards / pics.
