For me, I go between noon and 2pm, and see at least 3 or 4 good BSW's or LSW's. Harbor and 1st is where the action usually starts, but it can be anywhere from the 405 freeway up to Disneyland. I have been driving the OC streets for 23 years just looking. I noticed over the years SW have become more discreet with the way they dressed in avoiding suspicion or to blend in with pedestrians.
