The other site will lose all credibility if they let these R. O. B. S dictate what can and can't be allowed to be said about them!
Members there need to speak up and complain about that. It defeats the whole purpose of having such a site if you can't warn others about their tactics!
I've seen some obvious shill reviews on that site. A friend of mine complained in a discussion forum about shill reviews and he got a response of why should he even care that someone posted a shill review. Unbelievable! When you get mongers that don't even care that they're being misled it makes you wonder about how stupid and meek they really are.

It might not prevent these scams from happening, but it would become a little more inconvenient for them to change their number more often because they are getting a shit load of calls inquiring about a bunch of B. S. Listings. I can't understand how these girls keep getting guys falling for their scam, especially when there is info available, but I'd still be willing to help!

Post an ad with her number in the cars for sale section. Make it for a 2005 Honda Civic for $1800. It will be the cheapest one in the country and her phone will ring within minutes of the ad posting. I used to do this to a couple buddies, it would piss them off to no end. And it takes at least three unique users to flag an ad before it disappears. Haha. This will be fun.
