I went to check out a few in Clinton and Leominster based on the pics (knowing there are some places in Leominster and Worcester is right there as a backup), and the women working were visibly older, so probably 60's+ (factoring in Asian Age). Salem is a real PITA to get to, especially through Peabody, but Jin is worth the trip.
