Went to CLV Wednesday and picked sophia. She is a good looking brunette with nice either large C's or D's for the chest. So you go to a MP and get some extra then COMPLAIN?
I'll say this much, if "management" is reading this you likely cost the woman her job.
You should know from these forums both the Belvidere MPs are pretty much legit and if/when you get anything extra you should just roll with it and keep the intel to yourself.
So she breaks the rules ever so slightly and suggests a bigger tip and you get bent for that?

Personally, I think that is ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. That's why I tip extravegantly at resturants for great service. I want that waiter/ress to remember me and hopefully give priority next time.

You might want to get off your high horse, DiscreteWill since I absolutely did not get anything extra, and as for costing her the job I highly doubt that would be the case since I think she has been there for quite sometime since she was the one who actually took the money at the desk when I came in. What happened was well within the rules and I can get bent when it is insinuated that if you are a better tipper then you will get acess to touching other parts. It is just not that important to me to be able to touch all over for a larger tip, when all I am really there for is a good massage, a decent HR and maybe a little help on the HR by letting me touch a tittie. What ruins it for me is the talk of money in the middle of the massage, especially at what should be a time for concentrating on other things. If they are going to mention tips at all which I would'nt have a huge problem with it should be at the beginning with a simple statement like, "I will do all I can to ensure that you have a good time within the rules, and please recognize that tips are not expected, however they are appreciated, and go a long way to ensure a top level service."
Unlike the poster below and the one who echoed his sentiments I have worked in the service industry on weekends as a second job for over 10 years and I absolutely do not prioritize customers by how well they tip. I just believe in doing my best for everyone that I serve and the money will just work it self out in the long run. What happens when you focus solely on the tips like some girls that have responded in the past, you obviously let how a patron has tipped determine your mood and that possibly could effect how you service the next patron who possibly could be a good tipper but because of your sour mood sensed a bad vibe and gave less. In my case the attendant cost herself $20 more by making the session all about the money. Either way, with a $20 tip at CLV they are probably making $35 a session and I looked at the clock it was all of 40 minutes, so she was making $55 for less than an hour of work, which given that none of these girls need to be certified is damn good money.

Yes, she did return, but now she's gone again. Another gal said that Jamie was back to "her old stuff" (I didn't ask for details or as to what that meant) and was therefore gone again.

She's no longer a blonde, actually her hair is brown. Certainly does have nice B cups and overall has a body type similar to Diane's. Tends to talk a lot and is, in my opinion, very mechanical. She does seem to try to do a good job and certainly does stay within the ERS rules. For me, not a great experience and won't repeat, but some might like her approach.
Went to the older establishment last night. Had a session with Darlene.

Went to ERS on my day off.
Walk in and had about 5 ladies. Dont ask me who, because every time i tell myself i will remember, i never do. I do remember Missy sitting behind the desk. She is a blond a little heavy.
From the back, i catch a glimpse of a black girl and ask for her, but told to come back in an hour. So decision time, do i go with Missy, who was the best one from the bunch or wait an hour...decided to wait.
In the meantime, i went to CLV. The girl behind the desk was hot, and the only other one i remember was Jenna? Older, but good looking i think. Either way, decided to wait for the black girl at ERS.
Once back at ERS, the black girl comes out, her name is Pam and she is new.
Do the usual shower and wait for her to come back, which she did rather promptly. Hate when i stand there after the shower waiting for them, i think its a time wasting thing for them.
The session starts and she tells me she is new and used to work in Rockford in Chantilly Lace for a few years, until business became bad and she was making no money. BTW, Pam is about 5'2, thick, great ass and small boobs. But nice and thick in all the right places.
The massage was a 3/10. She clearly doesnt know what she is doing, but i could care less. Allowed hands to roam, but within the rules. The release was good and I asked her to talk dirty, which she gladly did for me.
Overall, i would say 7/10.

I had another good session with Diana last week. She isn't spectacular or an ATF. But she is hard to beat for dependable good service. She has a great "ready to please" attitude. I wish the other girls would catch on, they would make a lot more money and have more fun that way.

You might have messed up not taking Jennah at CLV. She might be older but she is the best one at either ERS or CLV. She is much better than Diana and not inhibited at all. Not sure how the girl at ERS was but didn't sound like she could be better than Jennah.
