I agree that an at home diy is the safest way. HOWEVEE here is a thought and it worked for.

Me. I called my favorite provider at my at her AMP. Told her I was concerned. She said come. In front of me she changed sheets pillow case, etc then said, "I am ready for massage". I paid for 30 min, and she finished after 45!! Wonderful unrushed massage with lots of teasing. On the flip, the B's came out for nibbling, the noise started and I was done! Now is a questionable time for an AMP no doubt. However, I called my favorite and told her my fears. She said to come in. I did!! She took me back and changed sheets, pillow cases, etc. Then teasingly said, "ready for you!" I then paid for 30 min. I got at least 45. The massage was the best ever with nonstop teasing. On the flip off came the top. Smothered by those little B's and the moaning began. By now I was done!
