They literally create the problems that business complains about. Street walkers are also far more vulnerable and more caught up with drug dealers. I doubt they care at all about prostitution. Its just easy busts to pad their statistics.

Ok I hate it when the little guy overrides my common sense. I know there has been some who has enjoyed dreaming with this one but I experience has been a nightmare.
