Looks like the Relax Spa by the Kroger on 8200 Rockville Road is under new ownership and name. I was actually going to TOFTT since I don't recall any reviews of when it was Relax. When it was Relax, they were advertising in all the usual spots. This spot has no ads anywhere I can find other than Yelp and Facebook. I want to check it out, but it's a bit of a drive for me.
