My problem with RCC has not been with her girls, it has to do with Nora's scheduling practice. Asking me to wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Everyone jumps to the conclusion that it's double booking, or they are being intentionally screwed over. Most of the time it's just the reality that not everything goes perfectly on schedule if the provider isn't a clock watcher.

Nobody needs to know what I drive, or if I even own a car. As such, I've watched Nora dropping girls off at the room before appointments with me on multiple occasions. Sometimes they are indeed coming back from getting food.

As to the delays caused by clients, she may not know the exact cause of the delay or how long it will be. I'm afraid that I have caused a delay or two for some folks.
