Thus they know each other or they have a pimp, SO or BF who is placing both ads. If you ever see providers linked with each other then more than likely they know each other because the ads are coming from the same account. This is a key item when doing research. If a new ad comes up linked to another ad of a scam provider then your risk factor goes up ten fold with the new provider.
