The $160 is the door fee, and anything else that happens after that is up to the girl. Having said that, I've only gotten HR a couple of times and didn't pay anything extra for it (mainly because I wanted more and it wasn't available). Every other time I've gotten more. A couple of times I didn't even pay extra for that but usually that's where the upcharge is.

I don't think anybody has had to pay extra for L1, but that's not a guarantee.

Saw CLM Bella myself today, so can give a report. I'll add a summary to my next edition of the full list.

She's one of the younger girls on the roster, looks mid to late 20's. Latin girl, she is pretty thick. I would argue chubby, because she's not quite curvy enough to meet the real definition of thick. Drove past today and see that it is still there. They took the awning above the door off, which threw me off.
