The few times I went, it appeared that there was only one or two ladies there to do massages and tend to the front desk. I don't think they had enough folks to staff and support the two locations. There was an older gentleman sometimes to man the front desk (at this one and sometimes the one on Winchester) but he / they NEVER got the appointment right and I would have to wait or come back. I presume the location on Winchester has opened back up but have not been there for a while. If you do go back, I find Anna gives the best massages (no extras of course but she seems to take the job seriously and I try to tip her nicely because of that).

Wanted to see a new face so I contacted Renee at New Start Massage (she was mentioned a couple of times previously on this board).
