I've checked out some the lap dance clubs in NYC but not the ones in the DC/MD area. All the strip clubs in the NW area are pretty much legit, but I hear some of the ladies at the Royal Palace are negotiable. You mentioned some clubs in SE and one in Lanham. I've visited the MP in Dupont numerous times; here are my experiences.

The section that's operated by mostly black (American) masseuses (lower floor) CAN be pretty good, but they are very strict. It's been my experience that some girls will let you touch/fondle them but others won't! And you find that out only after paying the $140 (100 on weekends)!
