I still don't understand why would they boot cars when their goal is to tow cars, some establisments with no parking invite tow trucks but its done through the police. Your car gets towed and you can conttact the police for info on where its located and which tow company towed it.

I am not sure if she is the girl in pic as she has demons. The room was full of smoke and she was high but against good judgement I went ahead with it as I was already there.
