Sure they could possibly get a warrant to go into the subscript data in your phone and possibly pull out residual information from the deletion. Contrary, maybe they will have such a lack of evidence connecting your arrival to their sting scene, they won't be able to attain said warrant.

The part that played out most terrifyingly in my head: "when he pulled into the restaurant's parking lot, he found 5 or 6 officers waiting to arrest him. ".

I never send pictures, I never tell them what kind or color car I am driving. I never use the phone to text or call only emails through CL and that app can be deleted immediately. And if they want to meet I never go to a designated spot I always tell them to walk down the street near where they want to meet and I will see / find them.

Yeah that's quite a read. I personally use an app for correspondence. With the alerts shut off. I've always given a vague description of my vehicle (just in case). Also I always try to show up early. For instance if I make a date for 4 o'clock I'll get there at 3:40 or so if not earlier and just wait for the text.

But I agree this could easily have been me as well. I'm thinking a new precaution for me is to agree to a place and not go there. Go to a different location close by and tell her to come to you at the new location. And don't give a vehicle description until after she tells you that she's there. Park where you can see cars entering.

Got a CL hit and met with a girl named Emilee. At least that's what her CL name was. It was an Incall but I'm thinking she's a SW as well. It was in that area. I should have known better. I am so grateful I've made it this far without problems. I started mongering at a young age, about 18. I answered so many random ad's and went to so many hotel rooms, I don't know how I managed to not walk into a room full of LEO. Honestly, until seeing this article, I assumed I was safe. Now I know.

Then out nowhere the next day she texts me saying that she couldn't meet up because her eldest daughter was behind on her rent and mouthed off to her landlord and the landlord ended calling LEO to come and evict her because she was refusing to move out. So she had to get her moved out before they arrived. I texted her again to set up another time never got a response and that was the end of that. Then the second time she responded to my ad sending the same pics as before but this time a different #. This time she told me her name was Tara and that she had gotten her car back but it just needed to be insured. She also told me she moved out of her place to live with a roommate and that she sent her daughters to their dads house until she got back on her feet. Tried to meet up with her again this time gave me another excuse and replied again hours later. I then tried to reschedule again called / texted her to get an address she replies a little while later saying that she needs 45 min to get ready. Told her I don't have 45 min to wait and that was the end of that. The third time I changed the content / title of my post and she responded this time saying her name was Kendra. And both times she responded to my ad the name displaced in the emails matched the name that she was giving me which is weird. It also seems like she didn't realize she was talking me the whole time. During this convo I just wanted to gather info got an address and another photo. She told me she lives near St. John's Cemetary. If you look at the tit pic photo attached it looks like it's the same photo seeing as she's wearing the same necklace. The first time she sent me a # ending in 4059 second and third time 0379. I didn't text her the third time because if I did she would've noticed that she had already talked to me.

I got tired of the back and forth and just stopped trying, though I may give it one last shot in a week or two. She gave me the same story about needing money for car insurance and expressed some frustration that she's communicated with a lot of guys through CL but none ever actually follow through. Her location is a bit out of my way and there are other convenient options for me so I'm not in a rush to see her. Quoted me 100 but never gave me her phone number even after I tried to move our conversation to texts rather than emails.

She never told me her name but the name attached to her email was Kendra. After many failed meeting attempts I threw in the towel.

She seemed cool when I talked to her but there is something weird going on with her. She seems be on CL a lot / reply to a lot of the ads in the m4 w section. The fact that she's been talking to a lot of guys and she's not having much success on Craigslist speaks volumes.
