No need to apologize, these are only my experiences over the years. As with everything, there may be good experiences to be found but Waiks is not anywhere near what it used to be. I noticed that there are a lot more pimps or wanna-be pimps hanging out on the street as opposed to the few who would drive around in their cars and be less conspicuous. I noticed the change back when they first renovated DFS and HPD confined SW's mostly to Kuhio. There are a lot of DT transplants who work both places and I'm guessing much of the better service comes from them. I do agree that it is take your chances, especially with the hotter ones in Waiks.
