Hard to find parking due to the construction going on on 22nd avenue and Roosevelt. I parked directly across the street as there was an empty lot. Came to town early enough to be out and about on Sunday and again on Monday. Saw the advertisement for "new girls" at Shanghai and thought I would partake. The ordinance states that it must be more than 75 ft from the neighbor's front door. And yeah, Pink spa is in a business district. Also if you read the way it's written they should be grandfathered in. And I wonder about ReSpa, there's a house right next door.
