Guys. I haven't posted in a long time. For those of you who may remember, I tried to save "one". Long story short, I get in to relationships with people who "need me". The girl I tried to "save" I haven't seen for a long time. I realized she didn't care for me. That being said, she is super sweet as many have mentioned. FYI she was recently detained and will hopefully be unavailable for about a year. Maybe, you never know. At least her family is hoping. I'm not there for her any longer. I may be in the future, who knows. So I got involved with another. Not a SW but a user. Higher functioning. Actually worked a job. Saw her od tonight. Wow. Life changer. First she nodded off, then went in to convulsions. I held her head through this. Then, gone. Lips blue then her face. No breath in her. At my home. I was freaking so bad I had a hard time dialing 911, which I did asap. I gave her mouth to mouth. I was sure she was going to die. Thank God she did. So, here is my advice. Donto ever let anyone do it in front of you, in your cat, hotel room, or home. If you are stupid enough to do so, have some narcan on you. It can take several doses if the od is bad enough. Wow. Never again. You do not want to see this with your own 2 eyes. If she had been with 'dopers" she probably wouldn't have made it as she told me before about some od's and the last thing done in that world is call for help.

Not only do I ask them to leave immediately but I never see them again. That is my biggest fear.

They recently had to change the law to let health care extenders have it and are trying to allow docs to give it to addicts families to have at home. Best advice is to steer very very clear of anyone using actively because they will eventually end up needing it.
