Terra, I don't know what spaceship dropped you off in Charm City, but I don't think you ever got schooled in amateur pharmacology. No drug dealer would ever cut his drugs with aspirin, or for that matter anything that would not desolved when heated. The more common cutters are quinine, milk sugar, baby laxative, confectioners sugar, or any disolvable powder. That is a good question, and your first answer is correct. I am not 100% independent, so I have to liaison with one particular client/customer/partner very closely for business. If that was not the case, you will find me mongering overseas (Russia or China). But I do not think you need to be rich to hit the loops. I do not play golf on weekends, or live a lavish lifestyle. Did anyone see the old lady with the anti-hooker sign on Gilmore and Ramsay by the bar? She has been there last 2 weekends, starts her mission around 11 PM. I also wrote about an older guy monitoring traffic -- I think they work together.

She told one of the girls that they will be posting pictures and license plate numbers on a website. They want to launch it with 1000 pictures of license plate numbers so it will get some serious attention from the media.

I have used a pinhole wireless camera for sometime, to record my bedroom adventures, they type you get for ~$30 on eBay, but looking for an upgrade because of the light sensitivity and low resolution issues. I tried the IR cameras, to resolve low lighting, which works well at the expense of color/BW balance.

I need advice regarding resolution, so I can watch on HDTV. I think I can do well with a lighting sensitivity equal or less than 1 LUX.

My other question is about a recording device. I have used a TV card in my PC to convert from NTSC to MPEG, and save on the HD. What do they use in motorcycle helmets webcams? I hate all the wiring which becomes obvious (all leading to the PC). Are there iPOD type devices which can record from a CCTV camera?

That website is a bloody pipe dream. She does not have the money or technological know how to operate a site of that magnitude. There are websites operating reverse directories of license plates, vin numbers, and registrations which is quite unfortunate. The websites don't attach labels of alleged "committed offenses" to the information. It would be slanderous and defamatory. No investors want to be part of a police, judge, jury, executioner website because they will be responsible under tort law. The first two or three lawsuits will shut it down if she ever gets it going. There's a good reason she did not choose an anti drug slogan and take pictures of drug dealers and users. She'll give up eventually.

If she really cared about her community she would take gallons of water, food, and medical supplies to the homeless living by the tracks, organize a group of people to clean the trash off the streets and alleys, mentor a youth, help get people off drugs, report drug dealers and child/spousal abuse (tons of it in that area), clean up the park on Ramsay and Stricker, give food, clothing shelter, and a job to a street walker she is trying to put out of work. It takes time to care. Make no mistake about it. She does not care about these women or her community. She only cares about her own egotistical, self feed belief that men should not "pay" women for companionship. It is a shame all the time and energy can't be spent on something that could make a difference.

By the by-- years ago one was able to put a block on his/her license plate at MVA, so people could not look up contact information. After all, it is not public records. It is private record and can be sealed/blocked just as health records can be sealed. The only reason I know this is because someone looked up my info and contacted me years ago. My woman lived in an apartment complex with numbered spots. I parked in this guy's spot a few nights a week, and he couldn't have me towed because there were no signs. He knocked on my door 22 miles away and asked me not to park there anymore (what a sick fuck).
