Sorry, but I don't think there is any one "hot spot." As you can read here, there's different parts of K'zoo, and occasionally other spots in Lansing area. But consistency seems really hard to come by, esp. With LE pickup.

I was able to make a pass down Kalamazoo from downtown to 127 around 1:00 pm and saw zilch, nada; I gusess timing is everything as they say.
