Across the ValueMAXX, I tried one of three places. Usually it is wham bam thank you asian ma'am. No different here but the view was very good. The girl was named Penney as in JC Penney. I am not a lawyer but to simplify the charges,
Conspiracy is simple, whenever more then one person plan to do something criminal and they do anything to further that conspiracy it is Conspiracy, Example: Fred and Joe talk about robbing a bank, joe goes out and scopes the bank, buys ski masks and gets the getaway car, that conspiracy has been furthered by the actions that were taken in order to further the bank robbery. Interstate travel, whenever yolu cross state lines and commit a crime you upset the fed's when they use Unlawful activity, I belive it includes prostitution, or any other illegal activity the next charge, Engaging in Monetary Transactions with Criminally Derived Property, That's tricky I don't know I would have to read the entire document, but you can rest assured, that the fed's spare no expense in destroying anyone in there sites that's why I try you never say a bad word about them. I am sure that this guy they busted caught there attention for the large sums of cash he was handling and/or the feds got tipped by another agency customs immigration whatever. You can rest assured unless he spends huge amounts of money on attorneys he is not walking on this one. Most cases are delayed and don't see court for many years, but In This country we are constitutionally protected from getting locked up for years without a trial allegedly by the 6th Amendment, If the goverment does not prepare it's case well and there is alot of imformation to be gathered, a ploy by attorneys is to demand a speedy trial in the hope that the goverment can not produce it's case and therefore the defendant walks, it has worked in the past, but it is better to obey all laws and never get caught up in the justice system. Everytime you read the Bill of Rights you have to be immpressed with the foresight! So my hunt for a new favorite amp contines. I went back down Normandie to the place I went to previously, given how pretty the receptionist (mms?) and provider were last time. Went for the full hour this time.

Time will tell all. Since the busts were Federal busts, I doubt the Feds would have much interest in running a sting. That doesn't count local LE. If local LE were interested in running the sting, the time to have done it was same/next day so that information regarding the busts wouldn't travel so far in the community.
I know, the media covered it probably same day, but OUR community is largely by these postings, which are sometimes delayed by the moderator, or the individual just can't post quickly, not to mention, not all of us can check in every day either. So, a next day sting would likely gather many from OUR community :(
So I was out mongering on Sunday in Gardena.
Went to the good old places which are sort of run down.
As I park. I see the guy being very conspicous. Dark Glasses and what looked like an afro wig (could have been his real hair). He did not really know where to go. Walks up to one is not sure then walks away. At this point I like whatevers. I was ready to monger. So I head to Star which I have not been to in a while. Walk in and talk with MMS. I know we all hope for LS and LP to be open again. LP AND LS ARE NOT OPEN. I found an oldie but oldie place which was closed for a long time open again.
For those of you who know where A1 is then it might be worth trying again. I just have not gotten around to it.

You know the phone is great however i've never picked up one of the cards at our haunts. It's like when you go to a restaurant usually it's there so you just go and I definitely don't pick up cards from resturants becuase you can find them on the yellow pages online. But I do agree we could call.

I'm gonna guess that these establishments will not open under their old name again. Additionally, most likely the will not retain the old phone number.

Tokyo Accupressure, reported to have been closed for remodeling for a few weeks, it is definitely open. Saw a happy customer leaving via the front door. The SOB actually had two unopened beverages, a water and a diet-cola. How the hell does he rate to get two drinks!?

Since the trial was local to me, I was looking forward to dropping into the courtroom to observe the Jong Ock Mao trial, but unfortunately, looks like they have continued the case until early next year.
Looks like they'll have a status conference in late January, with a potential trial date of 2/6/07.
