Went through OTR and LPH around 3pm and saw about the same thing. Not as many LE but still very few ladies. Matter of fact the only ones I saw I would deffinetly lock the doors for before they got to me. There was one girl on my way out of downtown who was soo hot. Figured she was just a citizen but she deffinetly looked like she was on the clock. Nothing in LPH.

Was cruising Elm a few nights ago and saw what seemed to be a HOT clean WSW in some booty shorts leaning against a pole. Looked so good I thought for sure she might be LE so I circled around a couple of time and she asked for a ride. BINGO. Once she got in the car, it was like a dream come true. Thick in only the right places, very clean, smelled great, pretty face and long done-up brown hair and a nice attitude. She looked like something out of Craigslist Miami. Found out she was from out of town and only here for a couple of days. After that first night, you better believe I took advantage of it the next couple of days. Damn she new how to move! She said she also used to dance in strip clubs in Florida. Did I mention 4$ FS also.
Keep your eyes peeled for both SWs and LE. Both are around, but a good SW will hide the pickup. OTR is very hot with surveillance cars, so leave the scene immediately. Have her scootch down in the seat if it seems likely LE knows and is watching for her.
My friend, who does not want to post, has again given me a set he took for me to post. I think he did a pretty good job as a photog, and looks like he had a pleasant ride. And, at 0.4, priced reasonably. Too bad he let his little head do the focusing at the last money shot, but don't we understand!

But yes, if these are indeed dilated pupils, it indicates serious uppers of some sort (crack, powder, crystal meth, etc).
I do not necessarily agree with you that "doin' the butter" necessarily makes for poor service. Indeed, years ago, an SW called butter "panties down." It enhances sexual sensations. But... guys on it will have problems getting it up.

True fact; crack makes them horney as hell. I just had a date with a gal in Palm Springs Thursday who smoked up while sucking, vibrating, licking, and fucking me. It was a near GFE. We were together Monday as well, but no stims for her that night. The latter date she was hornier than I get. After my nut she wanted more so I used my finger while she used the vibrator. Went hunting during the warm days and got kinda lucky. If any one was out the streets were for of blue (le), and giving the blues with no choice. If you want a $5 skank the street are full, but anytrhing decent you will need the patence of a pro angler.
Anyway, did people see the two girls walking around all day tue. & wed. It was two white chicks looking very, very good and dressed very sexz and nice, but they were not cops. Got a line they were new in town, but I know of no one they turned a trick with if they were doing that.
I passed them several times, and got a few looks, but not that I am working look to proceed. With heels on and a kinda short dress, they fit the bill as per the location. They could have asked for $50-100 and gotten every dime easily. They did stand out from the crowd. I did see several women out on the steps giving the eye-2-eye, but too many other people around, and they never moved their asses away from the seated position they were holding.
I did the 360 over we/otr and saw several newbies, but that is what they were, because they did not know to circle back, like most girls. They jusy keep going, so once you made a safe return, she was gone, or at the opposite area/corner.

She is from nky. And have offered to be middleman for me for a $10 finders fee. She said she had relatives that need the money, know she has rhe contracts and experence. Her contact work out of their homes or a friends place. I of course jumped on this, but she will be calling me with her contact info. Of course she didn; t have a working cell phone.

If you are a Kiwi Fan, she is off drugs and doing fine. She is back with relatives, got a job, no longer trickin, off the streets except to say "Hello" to old friends. She is still think and SEXZ, but has no boyfriend to speak of. She comes to town about once every other month, and stays for about an hour, but keeps clear of the drug activities, and hardcore areas. She is still on probation, and can't stay long in one area. Kiwi was my "ALL TIME" Favorite. I use to see her at least once a week, mostly twice per week, if I could find her.
For "Martha" Fans is not doing so well. She has gained about #30-40 lbs. , and is still off & on the dope. I think she was doing heroin, but I think she did crack too. That is what kept her so thin and shapely. Martha was SEXZ as Hell, and a PRO will great skillz. Marhta was the most FUN to me to be with, and she was "NO HOLES BARRED". She did anallike a Champ. Never a problem, yell, holler, or scream. And she hit organism as hard, as Kiwi did. She loved a good screwin, and she would miss out on a little more money, over getting a good screwing. And she NEVER RUSHED me, but NEVER EVER give her money up front. She is one who is better, when hungry for a fix, than after.
CASSIE. Got stuck with some very bad drugs and never really recovered from it. It kinda fried her brains, and her behavior started to dramatically change. I saw her once yelling at car in the middle of the streets on Elm near McMik. Thus was a least a summer or longer ago.
Cassie and Kiwi often were mistaken for one another, but Cassie was thicks, Kiwi was shapelier. Cassie started to become a real addict over crack, and her serve suffered. People started to avoid her.
It is said she was given the bad drugs intentionally, because she owed some Dope Boyz some money on a deal, or stoled money from one or two.
MISTY. Misty. I am told she is PREGO. I DON'T THINK SHE EVEN KNOWS BY WHOM. She already has (3) kids in NKy. She often stayed so Doped Up and Drunk, she would get Gang-Banged, while high. This is why she often liked to work alone, and kinda away from the other girls, and aways from dealers. That made her easier to pick up, find, and deal with. But if she was "JONESING" she could be an AssHole, and would rush you into getting started. You have to treat her a little abrasive, in order to bring her back to earth.
She knew she was the best looking, built, and SEXZ, of the corner SW's out there, with a decent price and service. That she was too. I did her everytime I saw her. She did do too much car hoping as Cassie use to. She would hop from one car to a higher payer, if she saw one, then want to get back with you later. BULL-CRAP!
NEVER EVER GIVE "MISTY" MONEY UP FRONT. I have had to save her from a dude that saw her next to me at one of the corner stores, and pull over with a CrowBar, to beat her ass, and I gave him the $30 she took from him, and NEVER came back from whereever. Good thing I was around, for he was certainly going to do her some damage. He was "VERY MAD" at her.
Many odf these girls get Gang Banged, because they get so High around a group of men they don't really know. I have yet to meet one that hasn't been G/B. I have been offered it at a few notels, but refused, and told them I don't want them offering it to me again. Don't make me a witness to anything, or I will be just that again them. A "WITNESS". I noticed these two on Tuesday as well, standing on the west side of elm at henry street. Extremely hot, and very conspicuous. Especially for that area (one had a hot pink skirt I think. White top).
I figured that since it was Tuesday, they must be LE. I haven't seen that kind of quality on the streets of cinci in a LONG time. If ever.
I decided to pass. But I was very tempted.
So. As I turn right on mcmicken, I looked left for traffic and saw a cruiser with it's nose out sitting on dunlop and mcmicken.
That was enough of a spook for me to not circle around.

Fireball, I was beginning to think it was just "ME" who saw them. I saw them at dusk & then later on twice at night. Often I see new girl walking, but they disappear inside some apaertment building, and then hardly ever see them again. Or you get the "Dope Boyz Hot Chicks. " These are the suburban white chicks, that are part-time drug users and herb smokers, and come into the hood to get the FREEBIES, from the D-Boyz. All they have to do is give up the BooTy, and it is Drug City. You will see them mainly Thur-Sat from Dusk-Dawn. I have even seen them at 3-5am walking the streets looking for a dealer they know. All often these girls have REALLY BAD ATTITUDES for the area towards people trying to pick them up. A few got some Big Time Beat Downs because of it. NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN, in that part of town.
They like to use dressing SEXZ, being White, having a little MONEY to burn, and thinking listening to a bunch of RAP SONGS, makes them experts on Black Folks, Drugs, Money, Sex, & More. These Drug Boyz just Use, Abuse, and Trade them around like Ball Player. I have had Young Boyz/Wannbes, have them offer themselves to me, at bargain basement rates, just to show their PIMPin skillz.
BACK TO THE TWO IN QUESTION:
I could not get as good a look at the color of their clothing, but I got a good look at their style. They did look good and would look at you Eye-2-Eye, but they did not give the rest of the signs of trickin. And Man did they do a lot of walking in those High Heels. I know very few women that can do that much walking without their feet hurting too much to walk anymore. That is a very "Big Key" to something. The next key is the walking itself. I did not see them in any car, I did not see them get a ride, and they walked for blocks & blocks. They only disappeared for less than an hour, and were walking again. Key three, you can't walk that much and be high at the same time. Getting High does not give you that kind of energy. Not to Walk around. Key Four. These girls seem to have not FEAR of the area. No fear of being Robbed, Rapped, Assulted, Kidnapped, or Drugged Up. Think about that? These girls were not shown around by a WE/OTR resident, so maybe they have been here several times before. Put all these KEYS together, and see what door it opens for you?
Still, I never saw them what I call "TRICKIN", but the other SW's arounf there all knew about them, and did not give out any "WARNINGS". They were just ask puzzled about them too. I did find out they were out of New York. I don't know if it was N. Y. C. Or Not?
Lastly I did see another WSW out I don't remember seeing before. I was not within good eye distance the three time I saw her. I would give details, but LE would know her immediately. I need to scout her out, and try her a few times before details. She could be just knew to me, or someone just changing their looks. I am seeing some knew BSW, but they are too inexperenced to really work the streets. They still have too much mass attitude, to make any money. Plus they are trying to work the same "STUPID" games we should be use to, that no one falls for anymore (at least the GooD Fellas). Once the mid summer rolls around they will settle down, and know the ropes. By then the drug boyz will have kicked them to the side for some New Fresh Girlz. Be Patient on That!
I think I will get my friends son's bicycle out, and ride the OTR/WE streets for a little recon. In this way I can remap the area, without drawing any attention. Plus I can refind the people I have lost touch with, and put out a fw feelers, on other MIA/POW SW's.
Mr. Boom thanks for the info. I saw you caught up with my Source Friend. She is like the James Bond, of OTR/WE, and a true worth of information. Add her daughters & sons, and she could be helping the police solve crimes. I can tell you, she told me over a month before that young #15y/o who killed that man up on McMik, near Main, where she thought/knew he was. She was right via street intell. And she really knows about street corruption. But she is one of many on that "Subject". The Drug Boyz have some stories to tell, that will never make the papers of the Enquier, or any place else.
First, I do not have any direct personal knowledge of these girl(s): sexily dressed, short skirts, high heels, etc, in OTR. But let me put it this way... If you were a big ticket item from another city, would you present your goods in OTR, best known as the bargain basement of mongering? Those of us who are on a limited budget, cruise OTR because we are looking for the diamond in the rough. However, all but the newest newbie would not be suspicious of a "Hollywood" image of a high class SW in OTR. Wouldn't a true high-priced provider avail themselves in other ways to attract deep pocket mongers?
Last weekend, I spoke with a long-term, trusted SW who noted the splash that one glittering Elm/McMicken street beauty made. She said it seemed very suspicious to her, but mentioned that another monger that picked her up offered her a reward to track down the glittering "SW" he saw. She had no more info.
The post reporting a hidden LE nearby the glittery "hooker" was all the additional evidence I need to continue to steer WAY clear of any overly dressed "sexy" "hooker" in OTR.
Bottom line: BEWARE, both newbies and veterans. These luscious fruits, apparently ripe for the picking, pose, IMHO, danger way beyond anything your little head might be telling you. It is SO out of the usual OTR fare that it MUST be approached with utmost caution. Look--even if they are *not* LE stingers, they could easily be serious scamers, ready to pick YOUR fruit... If anyone has personal experience to the contrary, we are eager to hear.

We have cautioned previously about mongering along McM because LE can get two very long views from the church parking lot on McM at Race. It provides a perfect view all along two of the hottest blocks in OTR: McM between Vine and Race, and Race south of McM. (I previously posted pictures looking from the lot along McM to show what can be surveilled. Will try to locate that picture.) I always advise high level of caution when cruising in OTR, never pick up in a place where there are long views available to LE.
Today, driving through OTR, I thought I would do a little window shopping, west bound on McM. I spotted a candidate along McM. But, stopping at the light at Vine and McM (at the Fire Station) I took my own advice.
Here are two pictures of what I saw. The first taken without a telephoto. You can only see LE if you know where to look. The second is with a telephoto, and it becomes all to obvious. Cin'ti mongers take these words of caution seriously.

I looked and looked for the newbie girls and after about 2 hours of cruising, various area (recon search). After a good amount of cruising, and stopping to do a couple of deeds, I was looking at 3 hours downtown, all together, and then as I was coming to a spot on McMic, I thought I saw the two girls. This time they looked to be in faded jeans, and a light blouse. I think this was them, because I had to ask a Notel House dude, and he said he had just seen them for the first time this week. This then might be them. I circled three times, but always some idiot was behind me, crowding me. The I parked and got out the car to walk to get a pop, and then the police drove up. It was almost fully dark, but enough light to see. They were then sitting at the bus stop, with a couple of skaky dudes. As the bus passed no one got on it. After I got my drink, I paid more attention and another bus passed and no one got on it.
At this point I was certain this was them. Then I did an area search, and a sit & spot, and saw no close by LE. Not that there was NONE, I just did not see them. I then did another SW search for better conformation, but saw no one. By time I came back around they were gone, and I had lost track of them. At this point I had to find someone who had spoken to them. I am still looking. I think these girls have been to CINCY OTR/WE, before. I remember something like them a few Summers ago. Does anyone remember, two Nice WSW's roaming the area, I think it was the Summer of 2007. Maybe this is them again.
This is a real dumb ass this I hate about SW's. There was a police stop up at Ravine & McMic, involving a group of dudes in a car, and two cops. While the stop was going on, there was two SW's right at the corner of Linn/McMic still trying to trick. Are they really that stupid. Come on ???? I just shook my head no and drove on. They were rather assertive about gaining your attention. After about 30 minutes they disappeared. Only later the night after 1am when I came back to the area did I see this very skinny, short, skanky looking WSW. She looked more like a Meth Addict than a Heroin/Crack addict.
Still, I saw a few more out more than lately normal, but they were still too skanky to even stop.
Still, it has not really been worth the trip. If you have to be in the area, take advantage, but wait a little longer for warmer weather on a regular basis.

That in itself should tell you about the state of SW's in OTR. It has been next to empty on the streets and what you do see are the hard core heroin and crack heads. Who wants that?!
Maybe someone feels different about that but since LEO began the hard crack down about 2 years ago there has been a big decline of quality SW's on the streets. There was a time when you could find decent SW's in many places in OTR. I use to find girls on 12th and Walnut and even further south by the Library. Not anymore.
McMicken street is the last frontier and it's going to be completely cleared out soon. Just my prediction. I base that opinion on what I saw happen to Newport back in the mid 90's. Use to be a great place to find girls almost every night of the week. Not anymore.
Some will doubt me and that's okay. It's just a feeling I have when see what is going on in OTR. Last week I saw a guy standing on the curb with about 4 LEO talking to him. The guy's car was being towed away while he was with LE. This occurred one night on Elm street next to that printing place between Henry street and McMicken. It looked like LE caught him picking up a SW. Not real sure but I had to keep driving and needless to say couldn't stop to watch.

I drove by the LE and probably less than 30 yards there was SW flagging at me as if I was going to stop right there to pick her up. If the damn LE were looking could see her. Then there was another SW at the corner wanting to be picked up. This is how desperate these hard core druggies are. Who wants that?! These are the girls that work around the clock because they probably get passed by until a newbie comes along and goes for them. These are the type of SW's that I see and not much else. Pretty damn sad.

I search UPH (thats Upper Price Hill for you newbies) and saw about 3 maybe 4 Sw's. Talked to one named Jessica in UPH. I wasn't sure about her so we talked and I asked her if she knew Brandy Oliver? She just looked at me for a moment and said yes. I knew this one is a scammer like Brandy by the way she looked. So stay away from these girls in UPH.
LPH search turned up two SW's. One I know well and really just avoid the SW name Sherry. She is heavy drugs now.
Overall not looking well at all fellows. northern KY is mainly a ghost town now maybe a couple here and there but not worth picking up.

Every City has decent SW action, on a regular basis, but us. Just travel or read the post from other forums. It is crazy sad. If the police would let the SW's alone, they would find out the info to a lot of murders, crimes, and etc. , they can not solve. These SW girls know what secrets the streets hold, because they get around, and are often, there or around the area, as things are happening. But that is too simple. That is why other cities use SW's as there street recon, as long as they stay in certain SW areas around the city.

HARPO. You are exactly right, about the SW situation, and LE who is reading this forum has to be impressed with themselves. It ain't like locking up SW's in Cincy is a hard thing. This is not a very big town, so crime in the form of murder, drugs, robbery, etc. , is far more important than locking up SW's. Besides there is no room in the Inn for victimless crimes, so why even waste the time, but this is Cincy, so how better to get quick statistics.
This is why they are going so heavy after the CraigsList. They have cleaned upthe streets so well, that the only thing left is skanks. Even in the other neighborhoods, it is only the skanks left, and they can only make any money, as said when newbies pick them up.
As said, the WSW Girls at the corner doing the flagging, as the cops were up the street one I have told you about before. I do pick her up from time-2-time, but she is "Stupid" as I said about her before. She can be stupid beyond belief. The other short WSW, to me looked far more skanky than most, and I have seen her out very late at night, or early in the dawn morning. She is not worth the stop, at least not for me.
Harpo, I am not certain if you came by in time, because the cops were at the stop for a very long time. First the was one cruise & a Cop Suburban, then the Sub left and there was just two cruisers. Three males cops one female. But if you came by when the suburban were there, the two N. Y. Girls were right at the bus stop, next to the old theater, by the open lot. I can not be absolute on it, but they looked like the two girls I saw. They passed on a lot of buses, as I tried to observe them, but like others I could only do so many "Fly Bye's", than I had to give it up. I too lost track and they were gone.
I did see my recon SW, and she told me she was told they were out, but she did not see them. She did say, they were in jeans this time, but still knew of no one picking them off. She does know they have been picked up, but she thinks it was by drug boyz, who they screw around with. She doesn't think they screw/trick with the public yet.
I remember the days of NKy, action. It was hot especially before the Levee days, and then shortly after the levee opened. Now it too is gone, in Covington & Newport. It was always strange that afterwards I was forever giving them ride over to Cincy. I could get them in NKy, abd get a discount if I would take them over to Cincy. "It was Very Well Worth It"
Oh by the way, I have noticed that the real regular spots near the Shell, around the corner, and within a block radius, are all cleaned up. Could that also be that the Police have a meeting spot, very close to the Shell, were you can find them #10 cars striong just "Goofing Off" for 2 or more hours. It was like they us to do behind the church at Marshal & McMic. On that short side street off Marshal. Several people have video of that, without the police knowing it. Same goes for OTR & WE.
The CPD & Sheriff has eyes on them too. I am surprised it has NOT ended up on "You Tube" yet?

Harpo, the thin faced girl in your link at the lower left corner, I have seen on mcmic around linn/elm/race/findlay. I have seen her many times during the warm spells in the weather. She looked to skanky to pick up, and I don't like girls that petite. She was just not my cup-of-tea.
If this is one of your scammers, then she has moved her scam to a new location, but I have not heard of any scams played. She may either be trying to change her ways, or she may lack the protection of hanging in her regular territory, and really can't scam. People in we/otr will hurt you, and unknow to a few mongers, a couple of scammers got a few serious "beat downs" by a tag team of regulars, because they started scamming the regular customers and thus it was screwwing up their money. With the weather as warm as what it was, I started seeing SW numbers again. They were very small but looking much better. This will be my first post on this forum, but I have been reading all of your posts for about a week now. I am new to this sport, but I have always been intrigued by FS.
I cruised OTR today...down McM and I saw probably 4-5 sw. I got scared and didn't try to pick any up. I am not very familiar with the area, but I went down as far as where the road was blocked off and ended up by Findlay Market. I turned around and then went all the way down McM until it ended at Hopple.
I was very nervous so sorry if I am not more in detail, but here is what I saw. I got down to I believe a three way stop where there is a corner with an entrance to a building that ends up like right behind you when you come to a stop. There was what I think (I only took a glance) was a very attractive girl with brown hair sitting in a doorway (not sure if she was working but I was surprised due to her looks). I kept driving and ended up at a point where there is a playground that was on my right (just before the road construction) and I saw a girl with red hair that was looking at me and I am pretty sure she was working. I then had to turn right becasuse of the construction and made my way back around. There was a wsw coming back to the corner where I was turning left to get back on McM and I think she was to attractive to be in that area which made me think she was LE. She was talking to the guy in the car behind me and never made it to me before the light changed. She might be pleasant or a total *****, but she really doesn't care as much about you as she cares about what is in your wallet. Make her go through you to get it.
One other piece of advice. Look very, very carefully at any BSW before picking them up. That area, and especially that corner, sees a number of black tranny ho's, and you definitely don't need that little surprise for your first encounter. In fact, although I have seen a number of WSW's around that area, I have never seen a BSW who was not really a dude right there. This is a fact that everyone seems to know other than the SW's. We have had several good clear warm days, and the streets are MT. Now I know they all are not in jail, because during the day I am seeing them one-by-one, coming out.
It is the SKANKS that seem to know and take advantage of the warm weather. The Fags & Skanks are out in force. I saw nearly 10 different Fags on the streets Friday and even more Saturday. How can they be dressed like NYC Hookers, and NEVER get arrested. I mean High Heels, and everything.
One of my SW's friends, told me three of them were at the corner in Mini skirts with no undies on. She knew because she was joking with them about it, and they were flashing cars. I didn't see it, at the time, but I did hear a few at the Hot Spot talking about it. It was more a very big "joke. "
I am still seeing the Heavy set WSW, at Mohawk. Man the more I look at her, the less likely I will ever pick her up. Even if it were FREE, I would still pass her by. I dislike saying that about her, but if I hav to Pay-per-View, then it better be worth Viewing.
I can tell you the SW's are far more willing to take less. I lucked up on two part-timers and after a quick talk, I offered 15w/5tip, and they jumped all over that. I delayed about the tip, and realized they would have just accepted the 15. I was amazed. One was very nervous and only did it with very close men she knew, and the other was BOLD about it. Both have been doing it for months. The BOLD one had digits, but I screwed up this time, and accidentally erased her number. The other I see around every now and then walking from her job/bus? Both gave great F/S, and had great skills. Both were over #28 too. They both know the streets and keep a close client list of a very few, but trusted people.
As for the Young girls, they are still asking too much. Only a few will come down on the price, but if they do, they will come down on the skill level to.
Some of the young girls I knew, got minutes at the time I called, and we arranged a meeting. She wanted $60-settled for 35. The first time I was with her I had to fork over $45. Down from $75. I would have paid the 75, because this young girl was "FINE". She is Bi-racial, very long curlie/wavey hair, very well groomed, decent attitude, if you have it towards her, and decent, not excellent skills. Being young she comes quick, hard, and fast, and if you can get her there, it is rewarded with extra time. If you give her an extra 10-15 you are in like "FLINT", and an 30 minute will become an hour or longer.
But you I gave her an extra $5 to start to turn off her cell phone. Yea. Really! I now know that is the charm, and the thing to do.
People, especially young people are far too connected to a cell phone. It is like pulling teeth to get them to turn it off. If you don't do that, it will ring every two minutes, during your time with her.
Just pay to have her shut it off, and use their voice mail & text messaging.
But without a cell phone it would dramatically decrease the ability for any of us to reach the. So I can't really complain!
