This is New Windsor on 9W South. However, I did not move to OC until 2007 and didn't start to hobby until 2012. As far as I can recall (2007 max LOL) A&A has always been in that location.

The ad for this nameless spa (one I reviewed) seems to have similar verbiage to ads for a spa in Yorktown, FWIW.

I was in the lot last year for a COVID pop-up tent test and didn't notice it, but it would have been hidden too.
