The problem with the increased rates is that a lot of providers are doing far less volume to the point where it's scary sometimes. A couple of months ago I talked a provider into a reasonable 100/hh and when we were in the room she told me about how it was just a special and her usual rate was 180/hh and 350/h. Apparently that week she had only done 2 guys (both for the hh) and had run out of money.

If it is your name, phone number or something personal then you should be able to write them an email and say that an identity theft / fraud scan revealed that their site had personal information about you listed in association with prostitution. The reason is simply that condoms do not cover the entire genital area of either sex. They leave the vagina, anus, perineal area, base of the penis, and scrotum uncovered, and just skin to skin contact between these areas can transmit HPV.
A person may have had HPV for many years before it causes health problems like warts in both men and women. Currently there is no test to see if you have HPV and the only treatment is for the symptoms HPV produces. Some people never see any symptoms and it goes away on its own. This is why some doctors want to vaccinate preteens before they become sexually active since there is no test or treatment for the HPV infection.

Thankfully I seem to respond well to the treatment but it's a tough one (it's a mini-chemo to treat the warts), I'm tired, it hurts. The best way for a hobbyist to avoid LE is to look up history, while the best way for a provider to avoid LEO is to SCREEN. If a provider did it your way there would be no way of knowing whether or not you are LE unless you give references. Making sure both parties don't get caught should be top priority.

IMO, a lot of this just comes down to instinct, common sense, reading enough, researching, and IQ. There have been a lot of odd ads on BP and CL lately; here is a prime example that I was meaning to post about in another thread: Either a very attractive, young looking, or no-posted-pic ad from some number you can find nothing on, or a number tied to a major carrier (verizon, att, sprint, etc. Not foolproof, but usually the girls don't use these, they're using Google voice, cricket, tmobile, etc. Carriers that don't require a CREDIT CHECK among other things) - AND / OR. What I've SPECIFICALLY seen recently, is you reply to an ad, and often don't get a reply for hours, at which time someone asks "Hi what's your name? Where are you from? What do you drive?" HELLO red flags. Has anyone else experienced this?
Also, to me, for whatever reason, I will never visit anyone on Glenwood Ave or in RTP or Cary / Morrisville. Just won't do it. Take it for what you will. That's fine you say, pick a girl who's been reviewed here or who you've seen before, but then there is the slim possibility she is working with LEO to get a charge waived. Some members have posted about this before, but I've seen scant evidence of it in my readings. Has this actually happened around here? 1-2% chance? Most of us are willing to work with those who would like to preserve their anonymity provided they can assure us through some way that they aren't LE or won't rob or harm us. If a person has nothing to show me then yes, I want a real name and phone number. I've been fortunate to avoid prospective clients who are the sex offender list or who have been charged with a violent crime this way. If a client does something blacklist worthy, I use a blacklist database that's only accessible to verified providers and blocks out part of the name, email address, and phone number unless you search with one that happens to have a BL entry. I don't agree with using public blacklists but I do not feel sorry for Jlart123 at all.
I definitely agree with going with intuition on both sides of the aisle, and I will say if you want to see someone who doesn't appear to screen I would be very wary. Whether it's indicative of LE, drug use, a pimp or just complete irresponsibility you are still taking a huge risk. It's true sometimes providers get caught and cooperate with LE in exchange for dismissal so like I said it's in everyone's best interest to be smart and cautious.

Seeing a provider who screens is pretty important. Those who don't are more likely to be LE, get caught by LE, do drugs or just be irresponsible in general. And as Amateur 12 mentioned it's always possible a provider who is caught could work with the police for a lesser charge. So it's in everyone's best interest to be smart and cautious.
Any provider who asks me for a fucking reference or to prove I'm not LE with some kind of personally identifying can get lost. Are you a provider? In a decade of hobbying, I've never once been asked for a reference, and I've met plenty of girls, most at least acceptable, many decent, and quite a few gems. If it feels too "set up" and professional, it is an immediate boner killer for me. And the thought of calling an agency? Please. Not for me at all. Yeah, I want to call some madam or male attendant and give out some info like I'm calling to sign up for cable. If it doesn't feel like I'm picking up a girl who I haven't seen post before, is independent, lighthearted, horny and fun, and posts NORMAL pics that represent her true self (not glittery glam airbrushed pics), hasn't been reviewed (banged) by 500 guys, then I'm not interested. I can at least live in a fantasyworld of porn of a girl like that, rather than be expected to spend $200 to be questioned and treated with skepticism or like I want every fucking girl I've been with in the hobby to be talking with others and thus have a MAJOR impediment to anonymity.
