Anybody have any information on this one? Is it odd / suspicious that when I sent her an email she gave a full list of services and prices down to the exact "deed" that she does. First time emailing an ad and I was surprised at their blatenence of service offer. Also she is half the price of anybody else which doesn't make sense.

You're right, she's half the price, and I'm not sure why; perhaps she feels she can't ask more due to her age and level of fitness. Just speculating.
