The women are tested once a week / month. They pay their taxes and everybody is happy. In Thailand they have gogo bars. All the women wear numbers and you tell the mamasan the girls number and then away to your hotel room. If they are talking about making certain drugs legal, you would think THIS hobby would be a no-brainer. Have a girl sign up for a license, you pay your dues, get tested, file your taxes.
