By not sending them out then they don't have to worry about LEO having it or someone they know finding out what do. I have met a few that don't post or send out face pics and always get the same repsponce, they don't want family, friends or LEO knowing. As Naomi stated "if you can't get anyone to vouche for her" or if you can't find a review on one of these fine sites then don't mess with her.
