I am a newbie and will be going to my first GFE shortly. If the hourly "donation" is $350, is it expected that the girl will receive an addtional tip? If so, how much is standard?
Finally, are there any other costs such as fees to the agency itself on top of the "donation?"

Absolutely not....if you're paying 350 that should be it. If she tries hitting you up for any extra you are getting scammed. 350 is at the upper end of the industry right now. Do your homework, read the review boards and make sure she is exactly what you are looking for and will do what you are hoping she will do. I've found out that alot of escorts who are at the higher end of the pay rate are many times short on service.

If your gonna shell out that kinda cash, you would be foolish NOT to consult resources such as TER and BD. If she has less than 10 reviews and at least 80% of them should be great to stellar then skip her.
I have ventured into this arena a few times, and it's nice not having to deal with the crap on the ave, but overall it's usually not worth the $$$.

Like others have said, that is kinda expensive. Others might have different experiences but personally I have found that what I call the 'high-end-working mans-escort services' (because the truly high end is something I would wager virtually none of us can afford but all of us deserve...full on debauchery without limits) is usually big on promises, and "pretty-sexy looking" providers but seriously frustrating to have a good and fulfilling time with.

I've been reading for a long time, but that's about it, mainly because I've been out of the game.
