I've been tracking some of the BT cases using the federal PACER(Public Access to Court Electronic Records) system and found a recently(3/23) filed 121 count, felony indictment against Tony Lau, Golden Flower proprietor. It's 12 pages long and pretty well explains the demise of Golden Flower.
He's apparently pleaded not guilty on all counts of the five alleged offenses. On the surface, it reads like a living hell for him. I also saw the 74 count indictment against the Suk Hee owners.
