In my experience, asking ahead of time doesn't work. If anything, you lessen your chance for success. Be polite and patient. Put some effort into getting her aroused and let things progress. Don't be an ass. When she's ready for the main event, do a little P2 P play. Once in a while she'll make it clear BBFS isn't an option, in which case stay polite and do as she asks (I've had 2 ladies change to BBFS on a 2nd visit) but most of the time I've found she'll help you get in there bare.
