I got a massage at CS the other day. As I am leaving and got to the ground floor, I got out of the elevator and here she comes with her linen in tow. Almost didn't recognize her at first, and damn she looks hawt, dresssed in a floral sun dress. The last time I had a session with her was 2011. Will have to call her for a session soon.
You guys making too much noise that's why LOL.
You guys making too much noise that's why LOL.
Is Junko in one of those apartments? The illegal activity is unlicensed message therapists. Easy, just get a license and there is no problem.

This will probably make her more paranoid than ever.
Different units according to my records, unless she moved.

1) Take a State Certified Course of at least 570 hours.
2) Have a CPR Certification.
3) Pass the State Examination for Massage Therapist.
You guys making too much noise that's why LOL.
So, AOAO conceeds that HPD historically hasn't given a shit about the activities.
Then, at the bottom of the notice, AOAO asks you to call HPD if you witness or have knowledge of any illegal activities. LMAO.

(Those aren't all of the potential reasons listed for a possible license denial, but some of them.)
