They tried to make it look like this site was a re-incarnation of [URL]rubratings.com[/URL] but this same thing had been tried before on another site. I don't know if it's at all legit or not but all those old ads from several years ago are still up so I ignore everything on that site. I've seen legit sites keep old ads up if there aren't many recent ads for that area and I've seen several websites that have either never had a recent ad or never more than a couple recent ones. I know at least two sites that still put up Blue Moon ads near the top of the list. Any sites I see doing this are mostly ignored.
