As for her A La Carte menu, that's some fuzzy math. If a Monger does a half hour it's 100. Ok easy math. If that same Monger chooses a half hour BBFS it's 20 extra. BUT if you want to blow your load BBFS it's even more. So this is where the math gets real fuzzy. If you are willing to pay extra to blow a BBFS Load you need to decide where to blow said load.
