H.[/QUOTE]Over a year ago I ran into Chanel at a grocery store. She told me she was battling cancer but she looked fine to me. Recently saw one of the ladies who worked at CHM and Kison. She was emotional, mentioning that Chanel passed. I assume from cancer. I know the struggles to have cancer in your body. Fortunately my illness is in remission.

Oh NOOO! Not Chanel! I used to see her at Kison, but does anyone remember a time when she was with Junko at Sakura University Building? She and Junko were together for a short time. She actually talked Junko into doing a 4-hand for me, complimentary! Of course, I gave them the $$ I was planning to give Junko anyway, but it was heaven! I saw her at Kison but never at Flowers. At Kison, she mentioned she was retiring so I topped going before they closed down. She was the Nicest mama ever! RIP!

Just wondering if there is anything worth checking out on a Sunday night? Hostess bars? Strip clubs? I know that some bars like Business is actually closed on Sundays or just really empty. Was wondering cause going to be in town soon and can probably have free time on Sunday night. Sounds like everything is down hill now days.

Pretty sure the hostess bars are still open on Sundays, but many moved out of town already with the redevelopment the last few years.

Of course, it's definitely gone downhill (in both quality and quantity) from the good old days, but there are sometimes acceptable providers available, depending on a monger's minimum standards and risk tolerance.

💯 respect to Chanel, as she dedicated her life to making people happy- she gets my respect, Rest Momma, you are gone but not forgotten.

There are occasionally visiting black providers available downtown, mostly working on the mauka side of South Kukui Street at night. As recently as August 11, I reported in the Downtown thread on a black provider named Diamond. On July 27, another monger reported in the Streetwalker Reports thread on dating a black provider downtown named "London or Lenden". Plus, there is a Hawaii-resident black provider who has worked downtown for years in the early morning (she can appear at any time from about 3:00 to 7:00 in the morning), whose name I don't remember. She's usually located on the mauka side of South Kukui Street or on the mauka side of the North Kukui Street block between Nuuanu Avenue and Maunakea Street.
