She tugs HARD and not in a good way. Kept saying "not so hard" and she didn't really let up at all. At the end she had the balls (although quite smart) to tell me we agreed on a tip price that was $20 higher than what I gave her, and she did this in front of the other girls. We hadn't discussed tip at all. I didn't think she was anything worth writing home about.
