Police Database of Suspicious Behavior or Vehicles?
Skinny italianish WSW Cleveland ave between Brahman and Hanson. My friend stopped by the gas station and she jumped in. Wanted. 4 so she could get and go home. She settled for the. 2 but attitude wrongfully went south with pouty attitude. She delivered, CIM was had, but she stopped with a squirt to go and said she did not know that he was going to do that, usually extra. She did swallow. These girls. Just deliver your best and maybe you will make a tip or repeat biz. He gave her a tip anyway and dropped her off, but LEP had a bead on the car near Grande where she wanted a drop. He dropped at gas station. A few min. Later, he looped back on grande to go somewhere and he saw the same LC uncle do a you turn and go to her with siren blip and lights on. Prob. Wanted to harass her or something. No report in the local search, so no trouble for her unless he took her money or other. My friend was thinking he better desist from that area as he feels as if maybe that LEO took his plate number as he seemed to be eyeballing it as my friend passed through the intersection and he lingered a bit before going further on Grande. He prob. Noticed Kendra in the car and followed up on her when she was walking. He fears that now his plate number may be in a database.
She said she going to detox so may not be on the block. OR, may be out but not wa $ting it on that shyte.
OH. Skill was very good and it did not take long he said. She knew what she was doing but he did put FIV to intensify the situation. SHe had stated extra, he said no. She said rub on outside, he did, but once harder to resist, he entered, LOL. It did the trick. No odor on finger after.
I've wondered about it myself, but I'm unsure if a database of suspicious behavior exists. From a civil liberties viewpoint, I'd guess that it would cause an enormous uproar. On the other hand, though, cops already store license plate data across the nation:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/cars/2013/07/17/license-plate-scanners-aclu-privacy/2524939/
I'm aware that LE in town has had these scanners for a few years or so now.
Downtown, they have surveillance cameras thanks to the asshole who conducted the shooting at Zombicon, but we don't really do mongering in our downtown.
If anyone can point me to a news article about cops having a database of suspicious activities or vehicles that they use, please let me know. Maybe detectives have such a database that they use to build a case against someone they're trying to nab (e. G. A drug dealer), but my guess (and it's only a guess) is that patrolmen don't use such a database.
Plate scanners linked to databases
Even the cameras downtown aren't being watched. They're there, and they will be used after a major incident, but there are too many cameras and there is too much traffic for the cops to watch it all. The same with cops keeping a database of suspicious cars. There are too many cars on th
e road for them to be able to do that. They know a few people and they watch for those people and that's the only database that they have.
In NYS and other states, police use plate scanners on state roads especially. They are linked to known database of warrant jumpers, bail jumpers, DWI most likely and other. They get an INSTANT readout of a scanned plate (they can do it realtime and continuously while stationary or while driving) and when they get a database hit, they go for it. This can be used to identify patterns, such as on a "traveled loop" commonly used, if they wanted to do so. IT could read and long and show repetitious behavior of a vehicle. In my opinion, if you do more than 2 or three loops in a short period, you are just sticking out, visually or, in future, by a plate reader. Isn't technology such a potentially wonderful thing??
I shoulda read before my last post. Covered.
So, you're saying it's a fact that they keep a database of suspicious activity. Can you point me to a news article or something? I was unable to find anything that validates any LE in the USA Have such a database, but if they do, I want to learn about it.
As for the license plate readers, they have software that alerts LE within seconds if someone passes them that is driving on suspended, has a warrant, etc. If they put that together with a database of suspicious vehicles, then bam, they'd be on your tail in a heartbeat if they had already noted your vehicle in a database. I just don't have proof that any database of suspicious vehicles exists.
I think Cat man was considering the indiv. LEO memory database in his head.
Hurry on the pickups, too
I am just as cautious about drop-offs. When I am returning a SWer to the street, I say something to the effect of: "Get your stuff ready, when I pull up I want you to jump out as quick as possible, say your good-byes before I stop. Its not good for either of us if a cop sees you exiting my car. ".
I have integrated this into my street mongering routine because over the years some dumb women want to sit there and chat, tell me they had a good time, try to find this or that, and meanwhile I feel like a sitting duck.
I've only had girls get ready to get out a few times, so thanks for the pointer. I need to do that more often.
It annoys me when they take their sweet time getting in. They may be busy gabby with someone and want me to wait, or they're alone and see me waiting, but they take their time getting to the car and getting in. I've rolled down the window and told several of them to hurry the fuck up.
Don't know how those guys do it!
My friend reads the SW reports a couple of times a week. He tells me the stories, both good and bad. I told him, "man, I don't know how they do it? They must have giant balls!
While the idea of a SW is a big turn on for my friend, he tells me that he does not even know where to start! I said maybe there was a monthly training bus that drives around town with both experienced and beginner punters and when they stop for a pick up, the experienced ones do their thing and the beginners watch and listen!
I said, "I take my hat off to those guys!

Businesses prey on the SW by means of LEO when / where they see an unwanted problem.
LEO preys on Dealer, but not near enough.
Media watches, preys when they want.
Doesn't Smell Like a Sting
It wasn't a sting.
I thought the same. PBB Jessica sometimes walks on Ortiz, so I wondered if it was her.
I was last out about two weeks ago, and I was shocked how many SWers I saw initially. There were 7 on my first loop, most were known, two were not. Several are sometimes on BP, which is typical. On my subsequent loops, nada for two hours. So they're out there, just got to get them at the right time. Ended up scooping a small 7 month preggo spinner. She had been one of the first ones I had seen, one of you beet me to her, then saw her later on.
I was searching for someone else, and saw ads for the hot spinner 7 month preggo chick I picked up in December. Looks like she was on BP in August, then probably slid to SW level afterwards.
Did anyone else meet up with her on the street? On BP? Is she still around?
I have links to her ads, but they have phone numbers in the url. Can they be posted?(see, I try to follow the rules A2).
Here are the photos from the ads.
[blue]If they put a phone number in their URL you can post the URL.
