He prob. Noticed Kendra in the car and followed up on her when she was walking. He fears that now his plate number may be in a database.

She said she going to detox so may not be on the block. OR, may be out but not wa $ting it on that shyte.

OH. Skill was very good and it did not take long he said. She knew what she was doing but he did put FIV to intensify the situation. SHe had stated extra, he said no. She said rub on outside, he did, but once harder to resist, he entered, LOL. It did the trick. The same with cops keeping a database of suspicious cars. There are too many cars on the road for them to be able to do that. Can you point me to a news article or something? I was unable to find anything that validates any LE in the USA Have such a database, but if they do, I want to learn about it.

As for the license plate readers, they have software that alerts LE within seconds if someone passes them that is driving on suspended, has a warrant, etc. If they put that together with a database of suspicious vehicles, then bam, they'd be on your tail in a heartbeat if they had already noted your vehicle in a database. I just don't have proof that any database of suspicious vehicles exists.

Friend giving a ride? They also have handheld and vehicle mounted plate scanners. NY State loves front and back plates for this and other reasons. Comming and going. Fl is tougher due to back plate only. If a database is in existence, they could see a car with a known SW in it, get the plate, enter it into a database by scanner or by eye / hand / pencil and / or keyboard entry. This may not at all happen, but just because you are paranoid, does not mean that they are not out to get you!

They may just collect data for future patterns / busts, etc.

They are linked to known database of warrant jumpers, bail jumpers, DWI most likely and other. They get an INSTANT readout of a scanned plate (they can do it realtime and continuously while stationary or while driving) and when they get a database hit, they go for it. This can be used to identify patterns, such as on a "traveled loop" commonly used, if they wanted to do so. IT could read and long and show repetitious behavior of a vehicle. In my opinion, if you do more than 2 or three loops in a short period, you are just sticking out, visually or, in future, by a plate reader. Isn't technology such a potentially wonderful thing??

It's not illegal for anyone to ride in a car, including SW's. This doesn't mean I'm comfortable driving by a cop with an SW already in the car, though. I still ask her to duck down when I spot LE.

What is illegal is picking up known prostitutes, and if a cop sees it in action, he can immediately stop you. It's happened to me a couple times when I didn't see the cop was watching me. It annoys me when they take their sweet time getting in. They may be busy gabby with someone and want me to wait, or they're alone and see me waiting, but they take their time getting to the car and getting in. I've rolled down the window and told several of them to hurry the fuck up.

No questions, no discussion. I had unmarked vice car pull me over once because they saw me talking to a woman. My buddy called me this AM and told me about an interesting situation on Ortiz Ave, just a bit south of P Beach Blvd. After sunset / early evening / darl out. A blonde woman wearing a light loose jacket and loose pants was walking swiftly on the East sidewalk heading south. HE looked and she gave what seemed to be a look back and throw a smile. The sign. He went Hmmmmm. Turned onto Tice, looped back around and went back. Before he got to Elvas, a pick-er-up truck wiht a mower and junk in back turned and she RAN to the truck and went to pass. Window. My friend thought. SW for sure, not on H though. Too much vigor. She was probably in late 30's. Hari down and not to shoulders but covering ears (bad sign). So, he you-eeeed and truck and her were not to be seen. So he did loop down Tice and back up PPB to ORtiz. Down to Tice, where there was a LCSD car at the conv. Store. He went down Tice, and Voila, there was the blonde with smile and walking like a healthy woman again. He thought that was way too quick for any action in that truck, so he musta passed on her (I bet she did not hop into that truck and he bolted). She was only about 200 ft from that cruiser where he was entering notes or something and she was walking away from it. My friend thought to himself, LEO in area, no others out, healthy woman, ears covered with hair, big smile, no way he was going to stop. HE just went along home. I told him SMART MOVE.

He went there due to Cleve being dead and later so was B41 in NFM.

I said maybe there was a monthly training bus that drives around town with both experienced and beginner punters and when they stop for a pick up, the experienced ones do their thing and the beginners watch and listen!

One can assume that the plate numbers goes onto a list to be shared. My assumptions lead me to say FOR SURE they do. If you think that LEO only can read your past traffic infraction history and address when they run your plate, you are nutzzz. They may not be the SS or gestapo, but they can surely use same methods if chosen. They may not use in a Court, but that is neither here nor there when they want to make an impression of you at a moments notice.

His exact words were, "We spend all of our time dealing with 50 or 60 knuckleheads. " They don't need a database, or anything else, to keep track of who all of the streetwalkers and drug dealers in town are and they don't put that much effort into tracking down customers, which we are. They only catch us when we walk into a sting or they see us with someone who they know is selling.

My friend just called to fill me in. Here is what he said.

The other day, Chrystal FM41 out and did with swallow for. 4 and no less. She seems quite clean but hole was pew with FIV action. She is a better looking one out there.

Also the other day, he said he saw BP Leah on 41 and of Brahman. Looked quite sickly in the full sun. Both were afternoon.

Today, between 3 and 4 he was out. Saw Nikki out. Passed. Was driving out of town and on Broadway near Canal, he saw a prospect. She did not look, passed by twice more, no real signal. THen he looped a block and on linheart E of Grande he finally got a slight look and a ride was given. To her pharmacist, that is. Then as discussed, 20 min later he met again and. 2 for very good technique was had with swallow. FIV was allowed and was not odoriferous. At 38, she knows how to make even a limp man see _ _, he said. She is out this afternoon for a couple hrs. Wearing burnt orange short sleeve and blu jeans. Reddish hair.

Oh. He said that during the 20 min delay, he ran into a new one. Ashley. Younger but odd. Bitchy mood, shaved eyebrows, shaved side of head and neck tattoo blonde with pooch pouch. Other than that not too objectionable. HE said. 2 and she reluctantly agreed, but he decided to pass anyway. As she walked away, she said 'next time get more $. ".

He said that he replied ' That is for the tourists, have fun finding them. '.

A couple others were out this early afternoon too he said.
