If a good massage is your priority, Sherry at Asia Massage on 6th Street provides a good massage (DIY is possible but nothing more to my knowledge).
Amanda at Touch of Paradise (28th Street in Grand Rapids) also provides a good massage and a HE, but not much more.

Stadium- Self Serve from all reports / can be tho quite a good massage.
9th St- Sometimes Self serve & Some Good on The Flip / can also be a very good massage.
TLC- Forget It even exists.
Old hags- Not friendly- rarely any satisfaction or extras- Not clean IMO. Just Not a Good Value!
That Has Not Changed In Years, prob never will again.
Only New Ownership / Mgmt will change their M. O.

Not really any new info to share, but here have been my recent experiences in Kzoo.
Lotus: As reported, Cindy is gone for now and CeCe is running the place. It's CeCe and 2 other girls. They have been SUPER busy through the holidays. Mongers are stacked on top of each other. Last time I went around Christmas all 3 girls were busy and like 5 guys came in the lobby during my half hour. Some guys had appointments and were told to come back later. I had Michelle for my last time. She was clearly exhausted and was out of breath most of the massage. After the massage was done she collapsed on top of me and told me she was tired. Then it was jackhammer city. She was ok, but not my best experience there. Too busy and rushed. I have a funny store from a couple visits before. It was just Cindy working. I used the bathroom after and saw flowers and chocolates in the trash LOL. I know there has been some discussion on the GR board about "wooing" providers with gifts. That might work with some of them, but most of them $$$ is what motivates!
WM Asian on Stadium: I went here a few times. Two girls working, Sherry who is younger and cute, and another older one who looks average. Had the older one my first couple times. AWESOME massage. Walks on back, cracked my back, hot stones, strong pressure. Some decent teasing and DIY is possible. The younger one is pretty hot, wears a lot of makeup though. Always trys to upsell to 4 hands. Decent massage, but not as good as the older gal. DIY possible as well, but not nearly as much effort put into teasing. YMMV.

I still got a decent massage but the remainder of the session was disappointing, more in line with other more recent posts. Both of my sessions were earlier in the day, so that may account for varying degrees of effort that have been reported.
Unfortunately, Kalamazoo offers very few options in the massage parlor category. If you can travel, Battle Creek, Jackson and to a lesser extend, Grand Rapids, offer more massage related options. If your travel budget is more generous, then Orlando offers an excellent set of AMPs.
