As far as extras go it all depends on the girl or you. If you have the looks then you will have a easier time. It has been about three months or more since I have been to Babydolls (with the last visit being so bad that I decided not to go back for a while. Overall in my opinion (during my visit) the girls ranged from a 6 to a 7+. I had three girls give me dances while I was there with the dances being two for 35 alright one demanded 35 for one dance. I spoke with two of the three girls for probably half a hour each. Just by general questions I got the strong impression there was no OTC on the table (YMMV).
