Craigslist
Another source under attack
Craigslist to crack down on prostitution ads (AP)
HARTFORD, Conn. - The Web site Craigslist says it will crack down on ads for prostitution. It is doing so as part of an agreement with attorneys general in 40 states.
Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal says the deal will require people who post "erotic services" ads on Craigslist to provide a working phone number and pay a fee with a valid credit card. The Web site will provide that information to law enforcement if subpoenaed to do so.
Craigslist has also agreed to sue 14 software and Internet companies that help people who post erotic service ads circumvent the Web site's defenses against inappropriate content and illegal activity.
Craigslist will also begin using new search technology in an effort to help authorities find missing children and victims of human trafficking.
If people were having oral sex with their wives, there wouldn't be any prostitution! Guys, the move to legalize it failed in San Francisco, and they are pretty OK with barnyard animals. Forget about it being legal. Besides, they'd start taxing it.

I don't see why they can't get one of those pre paid Visa cards. Anyone can go out and buy one. A pre paid Visa and a disposable cell phone and you're still in the game.

CL Crackdown
This is actually going to piss off the Legit masseuses a lot. Where do you think these girls are going to advertise now? That's right - under Therapeutic. These legit girls used to complain before, just imagine what will happen now.

CL Crackdown
They're just going to have to post somewhere new. Hmmm. This sounds like a business opportunity. May even get some freebies out of this.

RE: CL Crackdown!
Looks like at least one of the key players in the realm of sensual satisfaction is on top of it already. An erotic services classified ad section for a provider/hobbyist community – coincidence?

Looking for opinions
I have a friend who is just turned 37 and is still a virgin. This is not a lie. For the past few years when it seemed that he was destined to stay this way, some other friend and I started to think about how we might change this for him.
None of us can afford a pro.
SWs seem too risky (plus he would never go for it).
I have been looking at places like CTs and 15th Ave. but these seem pretty hit or miss from what I have been reading.
If you had a 37 year old friend who was a virgin, what would you do?

Oh wait, nevermind. TOO LATE, DAMN!
None of us can afford a pro.
Come on. They are not that expensive, especially amortized over 37 years!
You guys can't scrape together $300 to hook your buddy up with someone from an agency, yet you think dipping him into the 15th. Ave. cesspool is a consideration?

Send him to: 10236 Charing Cross Road, Los Angeles, CA 90024 and watch his head explode.
With all the available options out there today, if you're 37 and still a virgin, you're not only a virgin, but you're also a loser.
