Canada is also a great option, if one is afraid of Columbia. Tijuana (Mexico) next to San Diego are also fantastic options for the price that you are even asking about.

Just had my first actual platonic cuddling session, and as expected, it left more to be desired. I didn't intend for it to be strictly platonic, but given my prior success, 3 for 3, I didn't vet this cuddler as much as previous girls.
