I know that I have very few posts, but pretty much every one of them has had some value. I started out in this hobby not long ago entirely on my own, and I have shared every experience to help the overall community. Over time (and as I can afford it) my contribution will increase, but I think that most people should be able to recognize that I am not LE already. I could just as easily pad my post count with a bunch of worthless posts to seem more "legitimate" but I would not waste anyone's time by doing that.

This forum has offered a wealth of knowledge and I am very grateful for that. I know that nobody has to share anything that they don't want to, but lets face facts; if Uncle Leo really wanted to he could easily ruin this whole hobby locally without even looking here. "Protecting" providers by keeping everything in a small circle of guys is of questionable benefit at best.

I just have to say that it is kind of disheartening when someone posts a bunch of details for a provider that I would like to meet, then doesn't share any contact info except with a select few. It seems like this is defeating the whole purpose of this forum. This is a public forum that is open to everyone, not some private club. Ideally I'd like to see posts like this deleted by the Admin. This kind of activity is not healthy for this community and honestly is a waste of everyone's time.

Speaking of disheartening...I always have found it disheartening when somebody posts less than once a month over a period of an entire year as a member of the forum and then chooses to complain about the fact that they don't get enough "inside" info from private messages. I'm sorry if this specific post doesn't live up to your standard of posts that should be deleted or not, but my guess is once you start posting some more of your "experiences" rather than complaining about how others aren't helping you spend your money more wisely through back channel tips, you'll get some warmer reactions from the "old boys network".

Tell me, what is really the point of posting some great sounding report about a provider, then denying all but a few access to contact information? Couldn't that be done just as easily via email or instant messaging? This kind of stuff just clutters up the forums and [i]contributes absolutely nothing useful[/i], and that is why I feel these posts should be removed.

Like I said, I could post a bunch of junk and pad up my post count to gain some kind of weak credibility, but I actually do respect this forum enough to not do that. I'll continue along with my current plan of contributing what I feel will benefit everyone else and chat with my buddies on my own time.

I think you have it all wrong. Its not that anyone is holding back to a select few, its just that some hold back for people that contribute. To my knowlege I dont think ive ever ignored any PM sent to me nor have I been ignored. I dont post alot but when I do post I have something to share. Thats what were here for. I hope this helps you understand.

And I think at least some of those are valid points.

Apparently, at least some people DO hold back to a "select few" or at least are much more restrictive in what they think constitutes "contributing". For some it might just mean whether they've ever posted before or are just a lurker. For others it might mean not only that they've posted but they've posted more than just questions pumping everyone else for info but have actually posted reviews or other useful info of their own, a still very reasonable restriction IMHO. For yet others, its not even so much a matter of whether they have much to contribute themselves but that what they have contributed is enough to reasonably assure them the guy they're giving info to is not a cop looking to bust their favorite girl, again very reasonable IMHO. For yet still others, it means that they're not dickheads in the way they ask. WK got an info request from a guy who not only had absolutely zero posts and was a complete unknown but who turned out really to be a dickhead in his follow-up response.

That said, none of those conditions account for why gixxer has been turned away so many times. He's posted. He's posted more than just a bunch of questions, but actually contributed several reviews that ould be helpful to others. He's posted at least enough to make it fairly clear that he isn't just LE looking for evidence. And I'd imagine based, on his last 2 very civil posts, that he has been very polite and reasonable in his info requests (even grateful and unassuming). Like he clarified in his follow-up post, he hasn't been just complaining about how others aren't helping him, as thunder suggested, or complained at all until just now when the topic was raised by someone else.

Apparently there either must be some huge significant difference that I don't see between those who have made a whopping 64 posts (or 3.2/month on avg.) like you vs. those who have only made a paltry 13 (or 1.6/mo on avg.) like him (to use Thunder's evaluation system) OR else someone has just been very lucky or very unlucky in who they've chosen to ask for more info. Neither of you have really posted a lot but BOTH of you HAVE posted when you've had something to share. As Gixxer pointed out not everybody is fortunate enough to be able to afford to see a new provider every week so that they can report back on it (and thus join the old boy's network). Yes, some hold back for people that contribute BUT apparently some define contribute in ways that DO amount to holding back to a select few.

As for gixxer's point about a review without any contact info or whose contact info is radically restricted even in back channels as being next to useless (or amounting to idle boasting IMHO) does have some validity. That is not so far removed from what no less than the venerable wooky was complaining about between the TAMPA GFE REviewer (aka Josh) and his dream girl Karmen. Of course, I suppose if at least some guys are fortunate enough to be bestowed with golden inside knowledge that is better than none at all. But whether reports with no means of actually using the info contained therein, amounts to idle boasting or entertainment or whether such reports should be deleted or simply ignored by others for what they are, are other stories.

My only response to Gixxer, which I expect he is reasonable enough to understand, is that there will always be those who are stingier than others with their info or are more interested in boasting about their exploits. There is nothing much anyone can really do about that and in any event that is their right. As Gaturdun has pointed out, there are also plenty of guys who are always more than happy to help their brother mongers whenever they can, as long as they're approached nicely and have at least some idea what sort of person they're dealing with. My advice to Gixxer would be to keep on doing what you've been doing, posting helpful reports when you can and nicely asking other members for more info when it is needed. You've been incredibly unlucky up until now and may still get shot down on occassion but your odds are bound to improve.

Well, at least the activity has picked up on this board...25 posts in the last week and not 1/3 that many in the entire month before. Guess that's a good thing but, it would be nice if more of them were field reports.

For those that have PMd asking for contact info, keep in mind the girls I'm reporting on aren't providers. You can just call up and ask for an appointment. There're armatures who are occasionally supplementing their income or in it for a little excitement. Getting with them is all about right-place:right-time and if I thought one might be interested, I would only refer someone who I actually had met and talked to. If they have a profile on one of the sugardaddy sites, I'll be happy to send the id for it but otherwise, they are probably not going to be available for play (with the exception of SB discussed in post #833 who is interested in a gang bang) so you would need to do your own research on one of the social networking sites; sorry.
