Was passing through SFR and Lankershim this early evening and saw two UC LE officers in a 2nd Gen white Toyota Prius pull over and handcuff a short LSW with light colored hair. This was around 5:25 just after sunset right across the street from the taco truck between the gas station and the thrift store on Lankershim and Neenach.

LE planted a TGTBT LSW decoy at SFR and Wicks weds around noon. Pink and white dress, working with a surveillence van parked back up the street. Several girls got arrested. Last night, I was driving east on Vanowen, when at the corner of either Hazeltine or Woodman (I don't remember now), I saw a BSW. At first, I wasn't 100% sure, but I was at a stop light, and when I looked over at her, she made long, deliberate eye contact (i.e., The Look). I don't do street, so I did not pursue. She was standing next to a woman who may have been an LSW, but I'm not sure. Neither was dressed in the style, but it was cold, so who knows.
I know it's not a track and probably has never been, but I was surprised to see an SW on this street, especially at about 8pm. Many years ago, I saw one on Sherman Way, but never on Vanowen.

It happens occasionally. I've seen sw's on Victory between Coldwater Canyon and Woodman, on Woodman from a little south of Roscoe down to about Vanowen, and a few times on Vanowen, Sherman Way, and even Fulton.
That said, its very rare, and not worth pursuing at all. May go weeks without seeing anything.
