Your getting a little bit of skin cells in and around the needle not a safe way by any means. On top of that, their using bottled water as a way to mix the drug. They get blood in the syringe, don't attempt to clean it and it is a haven for bacterial growth. Sharing needles give rise to Hep B and C and a host of others.
