Are AMP rent estimates too high? Some of the locations are really bad. Happiness has no parking. Many are or were in old buildings. Nirvana, osaka, happiness too. Roses was a shoe box. The only future use of those locations that I can think of is as rooming houses. They already have bedrooms, communal kitchens, and bathrooms.

The biz seems to be moving into apartments. Which means fewer workers with increased chance of guys walking out without paying, robbery or worse. At larger AMP there is safety in numbers.

But they take care of rog's needs and earn their tips and rog's affection.[/QUOTE]The Korean run AMPs have a customary setup where the providers would pay the house for working there and being fed. But they would also share a portion of their tips with the mamas for doing things like cooking, laundry, taking in and screening customers, answering the phone, etc. Yes, AMP providers really don't have it easy. To make it worthwhile, they got to do high volume and also have some higher tipping customers in the mix. Indies do have more freedom but less safety. Rents of 10 K a month is not unheard of. The long gone Ward triplex places were each paying about that.

Doubt they'll ever re-open. Since Connie (formerly Happiness) is now at Osaka, I'm sure she brought some of those services over to her new location.

Having a hard time letting go. Called and a lady answered. Got my hopes up but she said Happiness closed. I'm having withdrawals like when Kison closed. Depressing.

This time it was not as bad since the girls that I wanted to go see are not working there now and they only had a couple of girls at the end. But still it seems to be the end of very happy times for many of us.

Now the only question is, where can a guy go to get a good table shower nowadays?

Another sad day where another place has closed its doors. Despite its short time, the place was a great place to go and mama always took care of mongers.

Aloha my Happiness people. I wish all the old employees and customers the best. It has been a hell of a year and I'm glad it is almost over. The things that were fun and were happy are now gone. What the reason for all the raids is unknown. Were once there were many now there are very few. Happy hunting for new AMP's now that Happy and Happiness are gone.

Aside from the "politically motivated" efforts to shutter every AMP in town, things in Honolulu have surely changed. Like the heyday of the 80's strip clubs that were truly FUN to go to, but ultimately shut down, now we see the loss of AMPs. I believe it will be even easier to keep new AMPs from opening, than closing the old ones. Fewer payoffs to be paid out, eh? Or toes stepped on.

But fear not, one cannot stop the world's oldest profession. The savvy girls out there will figure out a way, trust me. But for us hardworking boys that 'save up' for the rare event, the Indy girls out there who are willing to provide "under the radar" will be able to demand a higher price! And likely they will get it. Probably for less service.

To those entrepreneurs out there, an idea. A private club for mongers. You register online with complete I'd info, fork up a small fee. Screen for LE by cross referencing existing reviews on boards like this to new registered members. Then let girls advertise on your club board. It'll be very easy for existing members here, harder for newbies.

But it'll be a way of starting a safe way to connect with providers. It's a win-win.

But best for tech-geeks to start and then pass the word to providers. Also, good way to screen out fake scam ads.

I'll sign up if somebody makes an effort.

She took care of the girls; she was a great mentor and coach. I hope the girls took her advise and appreciated all the times she shared her wisdom and shoulder with them. I know that she personally taught me a lot. Ms. Happy has a heart of gold, and is the most kindest and selfless lady I know. Best of wishes to Happy and to all the girls that worked with her. AMPs were public with running ads in their best years. However now the new "underground" play land will emerge; it is just part of the evolution.

But when it opens again, this site can be good for AMP providers.

1. Girls can pre-screen by pm. Many knows which users is mr who. Oh boy Hawaii users boast of their power too much before so many knows which user is which man. Before it was disaster to girls but with underground action, it will help girls.

2. By pm, they can give more detail. Many seem to forget about YMMV. How the hell new customer get as much as 10 times visitor (that other girls can guarantee his health)?

3. What girls worry is the fact this site doesn't allow quick deleting. For this hobby girls sometimes need quick deleting when they get info.

Time to change. They must learn how to change. Uber kicked taxi, Netflix killed video rental shops. Amateur porns killed high income of many professional porn stars. Sears died. Victoria's secret finally hired ts and plus size women. Foreign girls in this biz need change to survive too.

Going private been around long time already. Before you had to be a member to play, or sponsor by a member. We going back to the 80's.
