Wanted to post this rant up in case some providers watch this site.
In looking around for a provider I look at many things, in particular your rates and the amount of time allotted (aside from your looks). If you state that you offer a HHR rate, and no QV, then I am going to want the entire half hour. The thing is when I am with someone new, I may get a bit excited and go a little faster. Once I get comfortable / used to someone I can go for some time. I just want to know that if I book a half hour and go shortly after, that I am not losing 20 or so minutes of time. I would like to use the entire time to explore you. With hands, or mouth (nursing) - I would not want to be rushed out, because that's what a QV is for! Heck, if I got hard again I would like a second pop which many offer, but there are a few who do not, which leads me to believe that you will call it quits once the pop is out of the way. If this is the case, then just offer a reasonable QV rate and I'll be out of your hair once I am done.
This was brought about by two different providers stating that their HHR time does not allow for a second pop without an additional fee. Neither of them would respond to my inquiry about whether or not I could use the rest of the time to explore their body, so I just assume that I would be shown the door.
Just like you are offering a service, we are looking for someone to spend a little time and money with. There are multiple options out there (not all good, but multiple options nonetheless), so you are not the only game in town. Think about what you offer and how you treat your clients while they are there.
