At least Osaka has better parking. Lack of nearby parking made it difficult at Happiness. Also keeps me away from Blue Star.

Empire, Tokyo, Kison, Rejuve, Golden, TOP, CHM, Roses, Nirvana, Hulas. The list goes on and on. All these places had some gems. Waiting to see if anything opens up with anything close to what we have lost.
That's what I thought I heard one of the workers tell me. Didn't think it was Happiness Connie as I didn't know about their closure. Did Suji join them to? If not, what's her status?

But I have a wide truck so I don't like going up and down the ramp and I end up parking downstairs or on the street. But definitely feel safer walking to Osaka than to happiness.

The only ones that I know are Osaka and Angels. Is there another place?

Wong building, Hula, Kison, happiness, Resuve, Tokyo all places' landlord got serious warning of tax evasion (undertable payment. Tokyo paid 15 k a month rental while new place hair salon pays only 5 k, you can guess. Nirvana paid 10 k a month, who the hell will pay that much for that location, 2nd floor?).

To get hula, they need 3 years + tax reports of income more than 300 k a year with no criminal record now.
Nirvana and rose, smile spa landlord will give offer but too expensive to maintain those huge places.
Maybe beach, Asia, plus, Sakura sound reasonable though.

Maybe its both--but you would think the tax evasion is an IRS and FBI thing and federal offence. Get plenty tax evasion to go around--any cash business get and everybody knows.
