I was a little confused by this response at this point in the encounter. I just sent back "hhr" she then texts me the price for one hour. Now I'm a little worried, LEO is sitting just down the road and she is texting me prices when I already made the drive, we could be having this discussion in person. I ask if she is ready, and she says hang on. I ask how much longer, and a few minutes later she says she is ready. I park out of sight and walk up to the front door. I knock and wait, knock and wait, and for a third time knock and wait. No answer.
I walk back to my vehicle, text her that I had knocked three times and now I'm leaving. As I pull around the corner and I'm driving away from the house I see in my rearview mirror some scruffy looking dude walk up to the back of the house with a couple of grocery sacks. She texts me saying that she didn't hear me and she wants me to come back. I tell her what I saw and she says that the guy was the neighbor's son, and that he does things like that for her and her "roommate" (Holly or Jordan maybe?) Anyway she goes on to accuse me of never showing up and that I cost her two other clients that she turned away because I took up her morning. Her texts were strange in that they were written with very different tone each time, like more than one person was writing them.

I agree there is a potential demand and she could cash it in big. But she is a UTR. She doesn't have access to the open market and to potential big spenders. At this point, she has to rely on her old clientele, who seems refusing to help her because of her new pricing policy. It can change though.
Will she go out to the open market and test her fortune? Then simple economics may work. Will see.

My read it between the lines interpretation is she doesn't have a pricing strategy.
