For the latter question, I think it's more about the keeping up the facade of LA glamour and ritz. I'm frugal no matter where I am but I do notice that LA pricing has always been like an island on its own even with the close proximity of OC. Heck, OC pricing for certain girls are overtaking LA's which I thought was impossible but here we are.
In the end, everyone should set up your budget for you and know your hard cutoffs.

I won't list the overpriced girls it's too long. I could not find anyone to say their pricing made sense, even when they liked the girl. There are also some fantastic HYA at the 300-350 base range right now. In several cases superior to higher priced girls. I hope every guy finds his girl.

100%. #1 kgirl of all time for me was 300 last year. Another one was 320. Lizza was 350, she and Daisy are pretty close on my repeat priority. There are zero girls worth over 350 base rate besides Daisy (i.e. Freesia is not working), and I had well over 100 visits this year. It's not a budget issue but simply "Is she worth it" because I can see a better girl for less, more often. Even with Daisy on repeat, I'm going to see Allie 5 times for each time I see Daisy. But it does seem more playful than anything else. From my experience, Shani puts a lot of energy into the first 30 minutes of a session, then she tends to get tired in the second half. She will pretend to fall asleep, as you note, or she will look for ways to relax with you, rather than initiating Round 2. (Not always, but sometimes.).
That seems normal to me. That's when I start suggesting additional things for us to do, rather than waiting for her to do it. And she always comes through nicely.
