Sadly all my references are long since gone (Anastasia / Ana hung it up?) which I did advise but I guess that didn't make the cut? Any advise? Also has anyone seen Jade on Breckinridge? She looks promising but I couldn't find any reviews.

I only ever saw this lady once, and it was quite good. I tried in vain for about 6 months after that for a follow up visit and had to eventually draw the line on how persistently stupid I was going to be.
Samantha will tell you the providers she uses for verification. It is simple and straightforward. I suggest you schedule a half hour with one of them and make sure the provider knows you would like a verification. Samantha is pretty straightforward. Good luck!
