Just hangout at the northern side of BUGSY'S bar and you'll see them come in and out.

While you will not find the hotties you also won't get the pricing that goes hand in hand with the hotties. Best area to hangout is walk to the rear, pass the food court and you will find a bar on your right. This is a pretty good area in the wee hours.

Also, oddly or not, almost every time and this happened last time around walking in or usually OUT of men's can near Bugsy's / directly across from Flam food court you'll get the eye. Not sure if this is a function that they got to take a wizz too or more likely a pretty good strategic spot as they know guys got to hit it sooner or later. Anyway had a BCG super spinner give the intense eyeball coming out of can but it was early and sometimes the over aggression is irksome. So no engage. Unfort not much else going on there over next 20 minutes so hit the bridge and ult Horseshoe which also has sporadic hits. Usually they kinda skirt the casino floor so look main or secondary bar or in this case going from parking garage to main entrance ie not on actual casino floor itself. Worked out ok past 2 am can get you under 3 roses. Diff night got the old hey is this way to parking garage? Lets say you think you have a deal going with a casino girl and your spidy senses are having 2nd thoughts and you want an out. Or maybe you met a civie and looking for a way out. That bathroom is the greatest one ever invented. You can walk in right there across from the food court and sneak out through the back way and exit on the oppisite side of the casino.

I went to MGM a few weeks ago and thought I would give back to this board in that I read quite a lot before my trip.
